I love to bake. Here’s the best chocolate chip cookie recipe ever!
- 1C (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 1C packed brown sugar
- 1 TSP coarse salt
- 2 TSP vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 C all purpose flour
- 1/2 TSP baking soda
- 2 C semisweet chocolate chips
350° oven. Mix the first 4 ingredients together until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Add flour and baking soda. Mix just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon on to cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
